At 4CustomPromo, our goal is to ensure your utmost satisfaction with your order. If, for any reason, you believe that the received items are defective or do not meet your requirements, please contact your sales representative. Cancellation
You have the flexibility to cancel your order at any time before it enters production. Once you have approved the digital artwork proof and production has commenced, printed products cannot be canceled or reduced as they are custom-made to your specifications.
Return
We strive to provide products that surpass your expectations. However, if you wish to return your items, kindly do so within 40 days of receiving your order. To initiate the return process, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
If your order comprises multiple items, the 40-day return period begins from the day you receive the final batch of goods.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Customized products, including those with personalized printing, are non-returnable. Given their customized characteristics, we cannot restock customized items. Hence, returns or exchanges can only be accepted for misprinted, materially flawed, or defective merchandise. Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 40 days of receiving the product. Failure to contact us within this timeframe will indicate your satisfaction upon receipt, releasing us from any obligation to provide a refund or reprint. Upon contacting us, we will review your claim within five (5) business days to determine if a reprint or refund is appropriate. In some cases, we may require additional information to process your inquiry. Failure to provide the requested information within a reasonable time will release us from any obligation to provide a reprint or refund.
If we agree to accept a return, we will provide you with the precise return address. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we are unable to accept returns sent Cash on Delivery. In instances of customer errors or unauthorized returns (including rejected shipments), the customer assumes full responsibility for both return and reshipment costs.

Refund (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of receipt of the returned item and the approval status of your refund via email.
If you are eligible for a refund, then your refund amount will be processed. Method of refund depends primarily on the method of initial payment. Credit card orders will be refunded to the same credit card of purchase.
Please allow 10 working days for the refund to be processed.
In case of rejection or partial refund of purchase, we will notify you of the reason via email.
