1. Request a Free Virtual Proof
You can submit a request for a free virtual proof on the product page by completing the form and uploading your logo file. (If you have multiple logo files, please email them directly to us at [email protected].) For optimal print quality, we recommend uploading the vector logo file, such as in AI, PSD, EPS, or PDF formats. Other formats accepted: PNG, JPG, JPEG, CDR, BMP, SVG, etc.

If you complete an order on the product page without requesting a free virtual proof, please be assured that we will send the proof to you for confirmation within 24 hours. If you did not upload a logo file at the time of completing your order, no worries; you can send your logo files to us at any time via email at [email protected].

2. Approve the Virtual Proof
After we receive your request for a free virtual proof, we will design the proof and send it to your email as a PDF attachment within 24 hours. Please check the proof to ensure it meets your expectations. If any modifications are needed, reply to our email to let us know. If you approve the proof, please inform us by replying to the email.

3. Complete Order Payment
Once you have approved the virtual proof, please return to the product page to complete your order payment.

4. Production Begins
Upon receiving your proof approval and order payment, we will immediately begin production.

5. Shipment
After your goods have been dispatched, we will send you the tracking number for your shipment.

6. Receipt of Goods
Confirm the receipt of your goods. We look forward to working with you again.
