Ordering Process

1. Request a Free Digital Proof

You may submit a free digital proof request directly on the product page by completing the form and uploading your logo file. If you have multiple logo files, please email them to [email protected].

For optimal printing results, we recommend uploading vector files such as AI, PSD, EPS, or PDF. Other supported formats include PNG, JPG, JPEG, CDR, BMP, and SVG.

If you complete an order without requesting a digital proof, we will still send one to you for approval within 24 hours. If you did not upload a logo file during checkout, feel free to email it to us at any time.


2. Approve the Digital Proof

Once we receive your request, our design team will create a proof and send it to your email as a PDF attachment within 24 hours. Please review the file carefully to ensure it meets your expectations.

If revisions are needed, reply to the email with your comments. To approve the proof, simply confirm by replying to the same message.


3. Complete Order Payment

After you have approved the digital proof, please return to the product page to complete your payment. If you prefer to pay by invoice or another method, feel free to let us know and we will assist accordingly.


4. Production Begins

Once we receive both your proof approval and payment, production will begin promptly. You will be notified as your order progresses.


5. Shipment

When your order has been shipped, we will provide you with the tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery status.


6. Receipt of Goods

Upon receiving your order, please confirm the delivery. We sincerely appreciate your business and look forward to serving you again.
